CBERA is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Norwood, MA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Interest and experience in benefits administrator a real plus.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the efficient operation of the office; manage various vendors to ensure that the office equipment is in good order and with appropriate supplies

- Provide administrative assistance for expensing, plan travels and meetings

- Support the preparation of presentations in MS Powerpoint and client communications including mail merge mailings in MS Word

- Provide recordkeeping for CBERA’s vast database of participant data, including keying in manual data

- Responsible for daily and weekly processes of loading data files, create and maintain excel spreadsheets, including being able to analyze and report on the data

- Monitor transactions with the custodian (Bank of New York Mellon) as well as with the 401k recordkeeper (T. Rowe Price)

- Manage both electronic and paper filing systems

- Support bookkeeping, invoicing and bill payments

Skills:

- Proven administrative professional experience

- Knowledge and interest in retirement services preferred

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
