Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Assess and monitor the development of each child in the classroom
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the educational needs of each child
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma
