About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead its Resources and Engagement Department, with a primary focus on building a strong community of support for the organization's mission. A strong emphasis is placed on the candidate's ability to build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership in driving the organization's philanthropic efforts. The role demands an innovative fundraiser with a proven track record, capable of guiding the organization in modernizing its systems and processes to meet the goals of the Live United 2025 strategic plan.
