We are looking for strong Supervisors to supervise and provide services to the residents of Cayuga Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!
Qualifications:
- Credentials as a LPN or RN with a current New York State license required.
- At least one year of experience as a Head Nurse or Charge Nurse preferable in geriatric nursing required.
- Organizational skills and ability to relate well with other staff and residents necessary.
- Ability to supervise and discipline staff and ensure that high standards of care are maintained necessary.
- Ability to communicate well (verbally and in writing), teach, utilize creative problem- solving and handle problems diplomatically necessary.
- Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.
- Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required
