Responsibilities:

-Open and close store front as needed

- Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli and eat in area
- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock deli items as needed
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for food preparation
- Collaborate with team members as team leader to ensure smooth operation of the deli

- Ensure all deli staff comply with comply with company standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service management or kitchen management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in shift management and supervising a team is a plus
- Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of food preparation methods

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
