We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, focused and customer driven individual to serve as Front Office Coordinator for our family owned, two-office dental practice.
The successful candidate will have varied duties including scheduling patients, verifying patient insurance, documenting treatment and procedures, filing insurance claims, posting payments and producing reports for the practice. Catton Dentistry is a small family owned general dental practice open for over 35 years with high values, great patients and awesome team. We are looking for a motivated, fun, up-beat professional to join our team. Compensation is competitive and based upon experience and credentials. Our patients and our staff are our highest priority. We have two offices (Broad Ripple area and Carmel).
The Front Office Coordinator will work at both locations and will support the staff at both offices as needed.
Requirements: High School degree or equivalent, 1 year front or back office dental experience preferred, Microsoft Office and Excel experience helpful
