Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with their purchases, including cash handling and processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
- Ability to effectively sell products and meet sales targets
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technical sales
- Strong time management skills to balance customer service with other duties
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.50 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
