Responsibilities:
Help Manage a store team of 7-10 associates
Drive and maximize store sales to achieve goals
Maintain shrink expectations
Achieve accuracy in executing markdowns,shipment receiving and cash controll
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Execute company directives with visual guidelines-as well as having high standards for cleanliness and organizatio
Recruit,train and develop, and retain qualified associates to ensure staffing needs are met
Provide training and succession planning for store team

Qualifications
1-2 years management experience
Demonstrate the ability to successfully drive the sales performance of women's apparel retail store
Work a scheduled minimum of 45 hours per week, weekends,holidays and a minimum of 2 nights per week are required on a rotational basis

Job Type: Part-time

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
