REQUIREMENTS:

• Must reside in the State of Kansas
• 2 years minimum sales experience in the Life Insurance industry.
• Strong oral and written communications are a must.
• Business development and marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Insurance rating programs and primary website navigation.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license and Life Insurance License.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a Financial Needs Analysis to determine potential buyers' needs.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals that offer solutions to identified needs.
• Build caring and enduring customer relationships for success in this role.
• Develop a deep understanding of Catholic Life products and policies for continual improvement.
