Job Summary:
The Charge Nurse is responsible for patient care within a specific area in the nursing facility. This includes working with the Unit Manager in coordinating the services of all contributing disciplines and administering the nursing component of the care within the espoused nursing philosophy. The incumbent is guided by a comprehensive knowledge of current nursing theory and practice; knowledge of organization and departmental functions; policies, regulations, and procedures of the Nursing facility; knowledge and application of principles of leadership.

The pay for this position ranges from $49.40 - $52.00 per hour.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
