Job Title: Program Supervisor

Program: Healthy Families

Salary: $66,300-68,000 yr

General Responsibilities:

CGS is looking for an experienced and passionate Supervisor for our Healthy Families Program. As a supervisor you are responsible for supervision of Family Support Specialist and Family Resources Specialist. Schedules and directs work of FSS’s and FRS”s. Provides supervision, case management and monitoring of FSS’s and FRS”s performance.

Required Skills:

• MSW/LMSW
• Experience with specific client population or specialty (community outreach)
• Solid understanding of and experience in supervising and motivating staff, as well as providing support to staff in stressful work environments.
• Experience in home visitation with a strong background in primary prevention services to the 0-3 age population.

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual Spanish
