Job Title: Lead Clinician
Program: Unaccompanied Minors
Salary: $80,000 (LMSW) (LCSW potential higher Salary)

** WE PROVIDE CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR LCSW EXAM TO LMSW HOLDERS **
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for an Passionate and Empathetic Lead Clinician. As a Lead Clinician you are responsible for coordinating clinical services. Provide ongoing individual and group counseling, screening for human trafficking concerns, and crisis intervention.
Required Skills:
- LMSW
- At least two years of Significant social services program management/supervisory experience.
- Flu Vaccine Required
- Bilingual in Spanish & English Required
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Evidence- Based Models
- LCSW
