$22.50 per hour payrate ($18.50 per hour with an additional $4.00 per hour incentive)!

OVERVIEW

Provides a variety of coordination, system management, and general Information Technology (IT) support. Responsible for entering, correcting, and analyzing data for various Casa Alitas functions. Manages organizational software to ensure data completion, integrity, and distribution. Responsible for the creation and/or support of database software for tracking agency and client information and deliverables. Provides technical oversight for integrating new technology or new initiatives into data standards and structures. May perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Designs and/or maintains robust relational database systems which support integrated guest management processes
  • Develops and implements standard operating procedures for data handling
  • Provides guidance in identifying and defining data requirements for management review and staff entering data
  • Ensures data integrity and security, reviews existing data systems, and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Plans, develops, and delivers training for Alitas staff in the areas of the client database and other computer training as needed
  • Assists with tracking of data related to internal quality assurance
  • Develops ad hoc and routine reports and dashboards on daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of guest flow and processes
  • Conducts statistical analyses (descriptive and inferential)
  • Participates in internal team meetings to review data requirements and improvements
  • Supports management and staff with outbound transportation payment tracking and reporting
  • Interfaces with agency staff responsible for updates to website, social media platforms, and agency reports to ensure updated and accurate information is maintained
  • Trains staff on safe data management practices
  • Configures Google Voice phone numbers for the use of the Alitas staff and volunteers
  • Establish agency datahub access for staff and volunteers using Google Workspace
  • May drive company or personal vehicle on agency business as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Suitable work experience may be considered as transferable skills in order to meet minimum requirements of the position and will be considered by the Executive Director of Human Resources.

  • Bachelor Degree, Library/Information Sciences and/or MPH - Biostatistics in Information Technology or related field
  • Two years of experience in analyzing data
  • Experience in research, statistics, and data analytics
  • Proven strong communication skills - oral and written are clear, concise, and in an organized fashion using appropriate style, grammar, and tone
  • Proven record of excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Skills using Google Workspace and other data processing
  • Research, statistics, and data analytics

REGULATORY

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver license, proof of insurance, and 39-month motor vehicle report
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report (employer paid)
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen (incudes marijuana, regardless of recreational use laws) (employer paid)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master Degree or current graduate student in Library/Information Sciences, MPH - Biostatistics
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
