Warming Center Lead Staff

We are seeking Lead Staff to work in our Warming Center serving the homeless populations in our communities. The Lead Staff assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wausau Warming Center by providing shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers during the evening and night shifts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, good decision making & interpersonal skills, along with the ability to respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.

All positions are up to 28 hours/week and all with rotating weekends:

2 positions: 6 pm - 11:30 pm

2 positions: 11:30 pm - 5 am

Pay is from $15-$17.99 depending on education and experience. Students interested in the human services field are encouraged to apply!
