CCLI is looking for a Bilingual Nutritionist with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a complete nutrition assessment and determine program eligibility.
• Provide and document participant-centered nutrition education (individual/family sessions and facilitated group discussions) responsive to the identified needs/interests of participants.
• Offer and document appropriate follow up referrals to other health and social services agencies.
• Implement care plans for participants at nutritional
• Guide CPA’s and nutrition staff in nutrition assessment and counseling.
• Track participants’ progress and document outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data entry.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Clean, valid NYS Driver’s License.
