Description
Accounting Generalist proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Full responsibility for Accounts Payable accounting functions including assisting with financial statements and audits. Maintain daily GL activities and accounts payable. Generate and maintain accurate and timely financial records. Assist with Payroll processing/reporting, and other general accounting tasks. Familiarity with grant account coding and grant reporting helpful; must be able to multitask.

Educational Qualifications: Associate degree in business or accounting with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Qualifications Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency with computer accounting programs; QuickBooks knowledge is preferred. May be required to learn other agency software systems.
