Catholic Charities of Baltimore is currently seeking an experienced Program Assistant Security within Community Services that provides information, assistance, and security to the program and its guests. The work schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 1pm 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that residents are accounted for before, during and at the conclusion of the shift.
• Administers urinalysis when required.
• Ensures residents complete their daily tasks and that their behaviors are in accordance with the program guidelines.
• Provides security to the facility by inspecting the persons and property of visitors and clients prior to allowing them entrance to the facility.
• Conduct periodic security checks throughout the building and report unusual activity to supervision.
• Respond to, and assist, in emergency and/or security incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• One year of related experience preferably working with the homeless or at-risk populations.
• Prior security experience preferred.
