Salary Range: $49,689 - $64,708 

Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Our Daily Bread Employment Center is looking for a Manager, Client & Employment Services, who will lead Client & Employment Services for the Site to include supervision and delivery of program services for client development / employment. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, direct, and monitor the work activities of Client Services which includes marketing, outreach, intake, information, and client admissions.
• Prepare, plan, and monitor department budget and funded grants.
• Manage job development and placement programs and other designated programs in the division.
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for meeting outcomes.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Services, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience of which two years was in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 REQUIREMENTS & ABILITIES: 

• Excellent presentation, marketing, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Requires the ability to utilize computer systems and software necessary to perform position functions. Basic Windows PC, web browsing (i.e. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.), and Microsoft Outlook skills required. Other Microsoft Office application knowledge, such as Word, Excel PowerPoint, Skype, and OneDrive desired.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple sites. If driving on Agency business, must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence, with no more than 3 points.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
