Description

This individual will provide leadership and be responsible for the administration, coordination and development of Crozier House, including the men’s three-quarter house program. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and management as dictated by state contract and guidelines of the Department of Public Health and within agency policies of Catholic Charities. 

Requirements

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field. CADC and LADC-II certifications (annual licensing renewals) and a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience are preferred within a substance use/recovery environment, a strong knowledge of community resources related to the substance use/recovery field, adult CPR, First Aid and Applied Non-Violence certifications, CADC and LADC-II certifications, and a valid driver’s license. 

Individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder and employed with Catholic Charities Worcester recovery programs must have two years of continuous abstinence from alcohol and/or nonprescription drugs.
