Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a committed Capital Campaign Manager on a temporary contract basis to lead our upcoming fundraising endeavor for the relocation and renovation of the Mercy Centre which is a comprehensive support center for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Located in Worcester, MA, this position will oversee all facets of a planned capital campaign aiming to raise $2.5 to 3 million and scheduled to conclude in early to mid-2025. The ideal candidate will be tasked with guiding every stage of the campaign, including strategic planning, donor engagement, campaign communications, and publications. Responsibilities will encompass campaign strategy formulation, prospect list management, devising and implementing solicitation tactics, donor relations, board reporting, as well as orchestrating the involvement of Executive staff, board members, and the Steering Committee.

? Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred.

? 5 years of experience in capital campaign management.

? Demonstrated success in raising significant funds for nonprofit organizations.

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Ability to work within deadlines and deliver results consistently.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

? CRM experience preferred.
