Counselor - Bridgewater - Visitation Program (22506, 20475)

Description

• 1 Position: Full-Time
• $41,000 per year Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
• Under the direction of the Supervised Visitation Supervisor, the Counselor is responsible for providing direct services to clients and their families in the form of scheduling visits with parent/guardian and children, transportation and report writing.
• Provides psychoeducation on topics such as parenting skills and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services is required.
• Requires substantial travel and covers Somerset and Hunterdon counties.
• Supervised Visitation Counselor is expected to work days and evenings with a flexible schedule (35 hour work week).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Job flexibility, good judgment, a clean driving record, professional demeanor and teamwork.
