Case Manager – Immigration Legal Services - Dallas, TX ENGLISH SPANISH REQUIRED (Current DOJ Accredited Reps are WELCOMED!)

Catholic Charities Dallas is looking for a Case Manager to join our team. You will be supporting the Immigration Legal Services staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Inform & Support

You will interview, counsel, and advice clients regarding benefits available to them under the immigration law.

Educate

You will inform clients of all requirements for the benefit sought and prepares clients’ cases for submission to Federal government immigration agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some college, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Immigration Experience Preferred
• Immigration training provided for continuing legal education
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and ethnicities
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Excellent public speaking skills in English and Spanish
• Excellent advocacy skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
