Personalized Recovery Oriented Services is a mental health recovery and rehabilitation program that helps adults pursue and maintain meaningful life goals.
Through group and individual work, participants learn skills to negotiate challenges in work, living, learning or social environments.

STATEMENT OF THE JOB
Under the direction of the Clinical Director the maintenance worker will perform all functions to maintain the physical premises of the programs.
- Responsible for recycling and garbage collections, including compactor operation and placement of refuse in appropriate place for pick-up.
- Daily cleaning of floors, doors, windows, elevators, lobby, offices, laundry room, common restrooms.
- Immediate availability to ensure timely and complete removal of snow.
- Unpack supply deliveries and stock them appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year experience required.
- Ability to stand for longer periods of time; able to bend, kneel, and crouch.
- Bilingual Spanish / English; Russian / English; Creole / English; Chinese / English; Korean / English speaking preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and / or pull weight up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays according to the needs of program operation.
- Able to travel to multiple locations within the five boroughs as needed.
