We serve tens of thousands of people each year in seven ministries: Marisol Services, Early Childhood Education, Shelter Services, Catholic Charities Housing, St. Raphael Counseling, Family, Kinship, and Senior Services; and Parish & Community Engagement.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Clinic Director provides strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals, behavioral health specialists, and administrative staff. Manages the general operations of a Marisol Health clinic to ensure program goals and outcomes are met and are consistent with the goals, mission, and values of Marisol Health and the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic health care services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Management

  • Supports, promotes, and adheres to Catholic Charities’ vision, mission, values, and Code of Ethics. Maintains ethical and professional integrity of clinic operations.
  • Builds a team culture of interdependency, reciprocity, and collaboration, incorporating multiple perspectives.
  • In collaboration with clinic team, senior leadership, and the Marisol Health Board, develops and executes a strategic plan for the clinic, including growth strategies and service expansion.

Operational Oversight and Patient Care Coordination

  • Ensures smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient intake, and discharge procedures.
  • Develops, recommends, and oversees implementation of program policies, procedures, services, and objectives to support the Marisol Health mission.

Compliance and Regulatory

  • Ensures compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state specific regulations.
  • Ensures that program service records, and client files comply with licensing, accreditation, state and federal standards, and other appropriate regulatory or professional requirements.

Financial Management

  • Prepares and manages the clinic budget, including revenue and expense tracking.

Quality Improvement

  • Oversees the development of clinic performance metrics, monitors data, and implements improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Community Engagement

  • Represents and promotes Marisol Health within the community to increase clientele, volunteer, and financial support in collaboration with the marketing and mission advancement teams.
  • Maintains professional relationships with other community agencies to enhance program visibility and coordination of services for patients, in collaboration with the behavioral health team.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Good steward of Agency human, financial and capital resources.
  • Participates effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing and problem solving.
  • Participates in staff trainings and programs as required.
  • Ability to promote life-affirming philosophy to women experiencing crisis pregnancies and to work effectively within the framework of Catholic teachings.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Any other tasks or duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises Program Staff

Qualifications


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university in related field; and three to five years related program management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field preferred.

PROVIDER ETHICAL AGREEMENT

Marisol Health strives to provide excellent, evidenced base care that is also morally sound. Providers and staff at Marisol Health have agreed to follow the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services as issued by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid CO driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.

Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.

  • Extensive Paid Time Off (4 weeks accrual for new employees - increasing based on tenure) promoting work life balance.
