Catbird is looking for experienced Key Holders to join our retail team in Boston. All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customersWeld Catbird's forever jewelry line onto our customersMaintain Catbird's high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work.Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store.Assists with supervising and training Sales Associates/ZappersOpen and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures.Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully.Our Ideal Candidate
