The Maintenance Welder should have 2-3 years experience with mig, tig, and torch. Welder Essential Job Duties :

• Safely make repairs on all equipment as directed by the Supervisor
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Ability to stick and Mig weld, air arc and torch
• Must have good fabricating abilities
• Inspect, measure or test completed work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring and testing devices
• Responsible for documenting all work for tracking in company equipment maintenance program. Qualifications and Experience of Welder :
• Welding certificate required
• Must be trained in lock out tag out
• 1-2 years of field experience
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders or production schedules.
• Knowledge of clean-up and disposing of spills properly Physical Requirements for Welder :
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, turn, lift, push and pull
• Ability to work in a horizontal or vertical position as needed
• Must be able to tolerate outdoor elements Environmental Requirements of Welder :
• PPE required
• Training in capturing and containing spills
• Exposed to outdoor elements
