Welding
- Correctly welds pieces of metal together.
- Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds and cleans metal.
- Utilizes fabrication skills to complete all phases of fabrication.
- Provides feedback and input into the fabrication process regarding the order of assembly, design, materials, fixtures, and jigs.
- Conceptualizes and makes fixtures.
- Minimum of three to five years experience. Required to have an understanding of the fabrication processes, the ability to read; and knowledge of the welding diagrams and symbols.
- Licensures and Certifications: Welding certifications preferred but not required.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
