Catalyte – Entry Level Sales / Account Management

Location: Hybrid role, Some Remote / Some On-Site. You need to live within a commutable distance of Los Angeles, CA 90013

Catalyte is a company that provides solutions to help companies increase their bottom line. We are currently looking for a talented Sales Trainee to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their needs and present product solutions to the customer
• Present product solutions to potential customers
• Follow up on leads and follow through on customer inquiries
• Create sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media posts
• Follow up on closed deals to review your performance and ensure they are profitable
• Review sales reports with management team and report on the status of the sales pipeline
• Maintain an accurate database of customers in CRM system, track all customer payments, and update database weekly.
• Manage customer accounts in CRM system, including but not limited to: creating new products, entering new orders, tracking orders, managing customer concerns, etc.
• Keep customers informed about new products and provide additional services as needed.
• Identify new opportunities competitive opportunities within the market and create new sales pipeline within assigned territory.

Pay and benefits

You will receive the minimum hourly wage in your state for the first 6 weeks. Starting in week 7, your pay increases to $40,000/year paid hourly ($19.24), and you will receive additional benefits including paid holidays and time off, health, vision, and dental benefits
