Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and delegate workloads to team members.
• Assist in training of new staff.
• Assist with Audits, timecards and employee reviews.
• Patient scheduling, as needed. Adheres to guidelines.
• Registers patients quickly, but with an emphasis of compassion.
• Verifies all insurance cards and gets referral from primary care physician when necessary.
• Updates Patient demographics.
• Knowledgeable of contracted insurance plans and procedures.
• Receipts are written and cash drawer balanced daily.
• Effective telephone communicator.
• Maintains effective work relationships.

Education:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent education.

Recommended: Experience in a medical clinic setting preferred.

Wage: $19.23 to $30.77 per hour (based on experience and education)

Hours: Full time - 40 hours
