Catalyst Health Group is Hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition Near Plano, TX

This is a hybrid position with routine travel to our office located in Plano, TX required.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will help our communities thrive by providing strategic leadership to all talent acquisition functions within Catalyst. This position will develop and enhance the organization's clinical recruiting program and execute a strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice. The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the Talent Acquisition team, and coordinate company-wide staffing and recruitment activities that are aligned with the Company's strategic and operating goals. Accountabilities:

  • This position is accountable for setting the strategic vision, direction and priorities of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Create talent acquisition strategies for recruiting high quality talent and for a broad range of unique positions ranging from entry level to clinical professionals including nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians.
  • This position will lead, coach and develop a team of experienced clinical recruiting professionals in the ongoing process of acquiring top talent in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs.
  • Professionally represent the organization; support the mission, goals and objectives; participate as a 'team player", constantly supporting other managers; set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes with hiring managers by driving effective recruiting strategies, setting expectations and helping identify the skills and characteristics that lead to success in a role.
  • Drive a best in class hiring experience ensuring that both candidates and hiring manager have a high-quality and positive experience.
  • Use experienced consulting skills to effectively work with business leaders to build an effective recruiting plan identifying sourcing strategies and selection processes for a wide variety of positions.
  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to develop innovative, progressive, results-driven hiring activities that meet current and future needs as the company evolves.
  • Partners with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure awareness and understanding of key business priorities for the TA team.
  • Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develops and deploys strategic initiatives to support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion providing opportunities for a diverse candidate pool.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, maintain Catalyst careers site and employment brand by ensuring that it accurately reflects the company's culture for content updates, and monitoring engagement.
  • Motivate team members to achieve and exceed service standards by identifying staff performance gaps, allocating time to listen, and providing constructive feedback for performance improvement.
  • Grow and develop strong meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business and seen as the subject matter expert for everything recruitment related.
  • Researches and identifies professional organizations and networks to build relationships and source qualified candidates.
  • Builds trust and acts with authenticity to cultivate a purpose-driven culture of integrity, inclusion and mutual respect.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for clinical recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proven experience and ability to recruit clinical staff.
  • Familiarity using HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working with senior leaders, including coaching and influencing when needed.
  • Thought leadership and strategic partner.
  • Proactive thinker, problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Culture champion of core values and DE&I.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement sourcing strategies in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
