The Director of Employee Relations & Development oversees Catalyst’s employee relations programs, policies, and procedures, as well as various employee development programs such as Onboarding, Performance Management, and Training. The position will monitor the status of statewide investigations and employee relations trends and oversee employee development programs and processes.
