We are a 462 apartment unit luxury highrise in the hear of uptown Charlotte. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance technician with a great attitude that enjoys working with people and has a great attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and tenants to address their maintenance needs
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
