Our Tax and CAMA division offers a full suite of Tax, Assessment and Escrow solutions. These solutions manage over 10 million parcels across North America with an industry- leading team of property tax experts. We are looking for individuals with strong relationships in the government community that can present and deliver leading-edge enterprise solutions that exceed client expectations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – with a proven track record of closing & exceeding sales quotas. You need to be personable, passionate, self-motivated, and committed to identifying clients’ needs and delivering appropriate solutions leveraging our full suite of products and services. You will participate in every stage of the sales process; from top-of-funnel through close and initial onboarding. 

What You Will Do

· Close new business that meets ARR target

· Develop & execute sales plan to grow share of market in assigned territory

· Continually prospect to add new viable accounts

· Foster trusted relationships with prospective government employees

· Coordinate complex sales

· Consultative, client-centric, solution-oriented sales

· Create delighted & referenceable clients 

· Deliver client proposals, RFP responses, & demos

· Maintain opportunity pipeline at 5x ARR quota

· Maintain sound ECRM hygiene & deliver accurate quarterly forecasts

Requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed

· Quota & goal focus with urgency, tenacity, & perseverance

· Articulate & effective communicator

· Proven track record of identifying & closing new business

· Ability to build personal relationships with government prospects and clients

· 5 years of experience in government and/or property tax market

· Ability to work remotely & travel up to 50% - 70%

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience selling in the Property Tax industry preferred
