POSITION: AI Solutions Consultant
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX – Hybrid
DURATION: 6 Months Contract

REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Opportunity Identification: Evaluate clients’ business processes to identify areas where AI integration can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI solutions.
3. Tailored Strategies: Design AI strategies and solutions that align precisely with the client’s unique business objectives and capabilities.
4. Collaboration and Exploration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop PoC’s that meet quality standards and effort objectives.
5. Ethical Considerations: Provide guidance on data governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.
7. Change Management: Facilitate training and change management initiatives to promote AI adoption among client staff.
8. Performance Considerations: Ensure the performance of AI solutions align with expectations.
9. Effective Communication: Clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and providing continuous support.
11. Risk Assessment: Assess risks associated with AI projects and develop mitigation strategies.
