Performsanalysis,research,development,planning,implementation,andoversightofEMRprojectinitiativesto maximizeeffectiveand efficientutilizationofthe EMR.

ManagesHSCprioritySuperuserProjectsandscheduledEMRmaintenancetasks.

Conductsinitialandon-goingEMRtraining,standardization,andcompetencysessions.

Provideon-sitesupportduringnewprovider/clinicgo-lives, optimizationvisitsfromHSCteamsandnew quarterly functionality releases from athena .

Perform Collector/Clinical/Communicator build/configurations as outlined in the HSC athena Superuser Manual

(Consumer Scheduling, Provider Adds, Fee Schedule Maintenance for Non PBB markets , Reminder Call Settings , etc.)

WorkwithLocal IT/Practice.Managerstoestablishnewuserprovisioning.

ConductsandfacilitatesEMRinitiativesforcompliancewithfederalandstateregulations(MeaningfulUse(MU),PhysicianQuality Reporting Systems(PQRS,etc.)

Supportsandworkswithkeystakeholders todevelopandimplementEMR/ITpolicies,procedures,standards,andobjectives

WorkwiththeImplementation/PracticeManagerstocoordinatetrainingissuesandrisksassociatedwith projects.

Communicateeffectivelywithmarketstafftodeliver athenaupdates/workflowchangesandprovidetimely statusupdates.

AttendsscheduledmonthlysuperusercallsconductedbyHSCteams.(I.E.,athenaHSCClinicalteam,athena MIPS monthly call,etc.)
