ENVISION YOURSELF AS OUR EVENT PLANNING MANAGER

You are a passionate hotelier who prides yourself on your ability to organize and execute. “Problem-solver” very well could be your middle name as you possess the ability to think quickly on your feet. You communicate proactively and thoroughly, and you have been told that you’ve got a keen eye for the details.

As the primary contact for our meeting and event planners, you coordinate each element of the event experience from the signing of the contract to the departure from the hotel. You make it your personal mission to ensure that each department on the team is fully informed on the expectations and requests of our clients, and that they are firing on all cylinders for our groups.

With a minimum of 1 year of related experience, you exhibit strong skills in event management and interdepartmental teamwork. You have a proven track record of creating positive and memorable group experiences by giving your best and a bit more. You are skilled in prioritization and managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
