Position Overview:

The Seasonal Landscaper/Horticulture Technician position assists in taking care of all non-golf areas of the property as a part of the Horticulture team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and team-oriented work environment at one of the top golf courses in the nation. There is availability for this role during the months of March through November or May through August. Full-time hours are available during the week and can include some weekend and holiday dates, with 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM shifts during peak season. Potential for flexible scheduling, but not guaranteed. Second year, returning Seasonal employees are eligible to apply for a scholarship to a qualified institution.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties will include mowing, planting annual and perennial flowers, planting shrubs and trees, pruning, watering, fertilizing, weeding, and assisting with golf course clean up and irrigation projects when needed.

Requirements

• Landscaping experience is preferred, but not required. 
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willing to work hard in a beautiful outdoor setting. 
• You must have dependable transportation, 
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day.
