Position Overview:

The Night Janitorial Associate is an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the Club. They provide top-notch service and create an environment where Club Members and their guests feel at home and know that they will be well taken care of during their stay. A successful Night Janitorial Associate strives to exceed Member and Guest expectations every evening with a smile. A successful Night Janitorial Associate is punctual, reliable, self-motivated, hardworking, and organized. This is a seasonal position and our season runs from May through October.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and obey all safety standards, including safe operation of golf carts.
• Clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Clubhouse, Men’s Locker Room, Bakery, Dining Room, and Halfway House.
• Clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness in any area of the Clubhouse that is in need of special attention. 
• Report anything in need of repair.
• Responsible for completing all assignments in a timely manner and ensuring proper care of all Club equipment and facilities.
• Record and keep accurate records of assignments and work performed.
• Complete special assignments from the Associate Director of Housekeeping as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to withstand moderate physical activity including: Bending, stooping, walking up and down stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with and safely handle exposure to cleaning and laundry chemicals.
• Willingness to work under variable temperatures and noise levels for indoor and outdoor settings.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays during peak season.
• A positive attitude, and flexibility in an ever-changing work environment.
• Willingness to be trained and to follow Standard Operating Procedure for all job functions.
• Ability to create positive and memorable interactions with all Members and Guests, and a willingness to be trained in customer service.
