Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities:

• Assist Servers and Management in serving guests in a variety of roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain dining areas in terms of both preparedness and cleanliness.
• Complete in work, side work, out work as assigned as well as all other tasks within the scope of the job.
• Set up and tear down for events and dining.
• Build and maintain an intimate and in-depth knowledge of menu.
• Integrate with your team to complete tasks and provide prompt, accurate, and up-to-standard service. 
• Arrive at work timely in uniform, prepared, and ready to work at the scheduled time.
• Maintain a tidy and complete uniform; adhere to the grooming standards of Castle Pines Golf Club.
• Learn and perform all steps of service.
• Be ready and willing to adapt to changes in venue, service, and plan at any time.
• Build relationships with Members and their guests and always put the Member first.

Requirements

• Serving or food service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for shifts at least two days per week / 16 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand on foot for 6-10 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
