Overview

As a Traveling Perio Team Lead, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. Responsibilities

• At least one year of related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of dental terminology

Compensation Range: $22 - $24/Hour
