Castaway Waterfront Restaurant is looking for a part time Bartender! If you want to be a part of a family type, fun team this is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up the bar according to the standards and ensure that customers are served promptly and efficiently,
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the bar standards,
• Serve customers with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous and professional manner,
• Break down bar after the completion of functions, storing liquor, supplies and equipment,
• Follow all state liquor laws,
• Abide by all safety policies and rules,
• Ensure that the bar areas are kept clean and tidy during service and opening hours.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Bartending experience,
• High School diploma or equivalent,
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required,
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
• Ability to stand during entire shift,
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner,
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Comply with the general regulations, standards to encourage safe and efficient operations,
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
