Responsibility and authority:

• Maintaining quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, outside production and finished products.
• Interacts with customers and outside suppliers, both internal and external, to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
• Processing of Customer Returns – Issue RMA / Disposition of RMA.
• Supervision of quality team members.
• Visual floor inspection of product to ensure conformance to prints.
• Documentation of daily production scrap.
• Recommend the reprocessing of the low-quality products.
• Maintain ISO Standards – Update records as needed.
• Hosts staff meetings to review returns, goals, ect.
• Upkeep of gages and calibration – Record calibration records in GageTrak.
• Verifies dimensional accuracy using micrometer calipers, veneer height gauges, dial indicator gauges, plug gauges or other measuring devices.
• Must be able to use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
• Create PPAP layouts & Other customer required Quality Documents.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Five year experience preferred; detailed job training for position.

Must be able to read prints and specs to obtain product information.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
