We're seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Nurse to join us as a Nurse Manager in a very busy TCU. This Full-Time position working Monday - Friday including on-call responsibilities. We offer competitive compensation with great benefits, including a $5,000 Bonus for Experienced RNs. NO WEEKENDS!!!! Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department.
• Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services.
• Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON.
• Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service.
• Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Excel's in a high paced environment 
• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.
• BLS/ CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of State and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
