Maintenance Technician

Cass Hill Development Companies is seeking candidates for a full time Maintenance Technician position for our portfolio of residential properties.

Job Duties:

Job duties will be primarily driven by work order requests from CHDC’s managed properties. Responsibilities will include:

providing general maintenance (changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, snow management, minor landscaping and janitorial duties).

light electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance and repair.

Rotational after hours on call service as required.

Other duties as determined by the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

The Maintenance Technician must a have a demonstrated competency in one or more of the following areas:

· HVAC Troubleshooting and Repairs

· dry wall repair and taping

· painting

· minor plumbing repairs and replacements

· minor electrical repairs and replacements

The successful individual will be able to work independently and will take ownership of responsibilities. The candidate must be personable with exceptional communication skills, possess a positive attitude, demonstrate attention to detail and be capable of representing CHDC. The technician is required to have a valid driver’s license and appropriate hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
