- Position Summary
- The Revenue Coordinator will receive & process accounts receivable payments, post payments accurately, prepare daily cash report & balance cash on hand. The Revenue Coordinator will communicate with patients, payers, & other departments as needed.

- Essential Job Functions
- Processes incoming payment and adjustment posting transactions according to established procedures including electronic, manual and credit card payments. Identifies appropriate accounts to ensure correct application of revenues.
- Maintains knowledge of and complies with all hospital, state, and federal policies as identified in CCMH policy and procedure manuals & employee handbook.
- Balances postings daily. Investigates and resolves any out-of-balance problems.
- Prepares and reviews assigned reports to ensure the smooth operation of the revenue cycle. Works in collaboration with other employees and CCMH departments as needed to ensure smooth operations of the revenue cycle.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
