Casino Fandango is Hiring an AWARDS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE Near Carson, NV

General Summary of Job Duties

As the Awards Club Representative, you will be responsible for customer service within the Player’s Club/Information Booth. This position will also provide customers with information about the Slot Floor, Restaurants, promotional property events and Restaurant reservations.

Essential Job Function and Duties

  • Greet and give exceptional guest services.
  • Accurately, process, complete all new member sign ups in our CMP system and proof all new member forms entered in CMP.
  • Fill out merged accounts to send to Audit for any found duplicates happening within both properties.
  • Clean up and edit CMP accounts corrections on names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
  • Clearing up all Auth Management Priority Notes that are currently active and still pertain to guests.
  • Observe SDS home screen by communicating it to the slot floor and helping, instructing, and advising the areas in need of assistance.
  • Be aware of the various types of slot cheating methods and/or able to recognize any potential attempts while monitoring assigned section and have yearly Title-31.
  • Edit website reach outs and our opt in and opt out guest list.
  • Maintain inventory of merchandise items, update and maintain display cases, and point of sales system Agilysys.
  • Be capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel.
  • Be well versed in the various property events and promotions and communicate information correctly to slot players in your assigned area. Be able to correct promotional spelling or grammar errors.
  • Understand and comply with company and departmental directives, gaming and some IRS policies and procedures. .
  • Ensure high quality service to all customers.
  • Assist our customers with casino promotions and trouble-shoot errors on mailers, codes, prizes, and tags.
  • Work in the Player’s Club signing up and issuing new or replacement cards, accessing current customer account information, answering questions on point, comp, or club credits, relay various casino promotions accurately, issue comps and coupons for our numerous vendors.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in a potentially stressful environment!
  • Interact with all levels of team members and management in a professional manner.
  • Perform all duties to company standards.
  • Be responsible for individual employee cash banks issued at various amounts.
  • Be courteous, kind and patient with each other.
  • Must maintain excellent customer service skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills, Education and Other Requirements

  • Must be registered with the Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have valid yearly Title-31 with the company.
  • Must have previous experience in handling cash.
  • Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place.
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required.
  • Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest.
  • Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
  • Must have the ability to successfully direct or interact with other team members and management.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.
