Experience in Microsoft Programs and basic computer functions
Managing and scheduling applicants for hire
Pulling permits for jobs
Basic accounting for material and labor tracking on premade templates
Tracking employees hours weekly/ time off and preparing them for review and handing off to office manager
Preparing and soliciting bids while working closely with project managers and estimator
Trade experience or working for a trade highly preferred.
Experience or ability to learn payroll systems in case the officer manager is absent.
(Training under officer manager provided for additional support)
