**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting principles and practices, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must! Salary is negotiable based on the experience of the qualified candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately.

- Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect financial transactions.

- Adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.

- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry of debits and credits.

- Record financial transactions and complete journal entries.

- Utilize QuickBooks Online accounting software to manage financial data effectively.

- Collaborate with the team on various accounting tasks.

- Previous experience in public accounting or related field is a plus.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online accounting software is required.

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent knowledge of GAAP standards and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry accuracy.

- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
