Well, in addition to the standard battery of magic tricks and superhuman feats that we expect of all our teammates, this position will have primary responsibility to ensure that customers—both internal and external—are delighted with our products and service. Do you have what it takes?
We’re ideally looking for a teammate with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations, customer service, and/or continuous improvement. It would be super if you had experience in a manufacturing environment and even better if you have worked in packaging, print, or web handling. This experience will help you to move quickly up the learning curve (we will avoid any tired clichés like “hit the ground running”). However, if you are a go-getter with a great attitude and willingness to learn, let's talk.
Lastly, some other job details: You’ll need to be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship to throw your hat into the ring for this one. This job is located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The core working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8-5, but there may be times that other hours are required for training or coverage issues, including early mornings or evenings. All new teammates will be subject to a background check and drug screening, which results won’t necessarily affect employment opportunities.
