POSITION SUMMARYThe Life Enrichment Director helps create a joyful & vibrant community by developing and implementing a meaningful life enrichment program based on residents’ interests, needs and abilities to enhance resident wellness and quality of life. Develops a monthly calendar that communicates this program to the residents, staff, families, visitors and volunteers. Interacts with the greater community, recruiting volunteers and facilitating community involvement.
